ϟ The SMS service is reliant on the network providers.

It might happen that the networks did not deliver your SMS to our number. In such situation, Powertime never receives the request and cannot process the transaction.

Best is to contact support@powertime.co.za to enquire about the status of the transaction before attempting a second transaction.
