I received an SMS from the bank saying that my card has been debited but I don’t have a token?

This happens when the token request with the municipality failed.

When you order tokens from Powertime, the following process takes place:

ϟ  We reserve the funds from your card. You may receive an sms from your bank when this occurs. The money is still in your account, but is just not available to you.

ϟ We order the token from the municipality. If this is successful, we collect the funds from your card and deliver the token to you. If this is not successful, we automatically cancel the reservation of funds with your bank (Unfortunately, banks do not send SMS to alert the user that the reservation of funds has been cancelled). This process can take up to 5 days, depending on the bank.
